Starter Pack: 3-5 working days

The situation:

A client or bank just sent you an ESG form. You have days, not months, and no sustainability person on staff.

What we do:

We run a 2-hour assessment to pull together what you already have: energy bills, HR policies, waste records, and procurement data. We build a structured evidence folder, write a short ESG summary in plain language, and complete the questionnaire with you. The folder stays with your team and can be reused for the next request.

 

Best for:

  • Dutch SMEs receiving their first supplier or customer ESG questionnaire

  • Companies applying for green financing from a Dutch bank (Rabobank, Triodos, ABN AMRO)

  • Suppliers whose biggest client has just added sustainability requirements to the contract

Annual Support Pack Including VSME:  12 months · starts with VSME setup 

€11,500 (€958/month), excl. VAT

The situation: 

You are getting ESG requests regularly, from clients, your bank, or tenders, and want a system instead of scrambling from scratch every time one arrives.

What we do:

We start by setting up your sustainability documentation using the EU's new Voluntary Sustainability Standard for SMEs (VSME),  the framework designed specifically for businesses outside the mandatory CSRD scope. This takes the first quarter. For the remaining three quarters, we maintain your disclosure, run quarterly check-ins, answer ESG questions within 48 hours, and produce an annual summary you can share with clients, banks, and procurement teams at any point.

The VSME is the EU's official voluntary sustainability standard for smaller businesses, launching in June 2026. It gives your sustainability data a recognised structure that banks, procurement teams, and corporate clients increasingly reference. We are one of the first Dutch consultancies helping SMEs adopt it.

Workplace Pack:  Audit + 30-day follow-up

€3,250 fixed fees, excl. VAT

The situation:

Your landlord wants environmental data. Or you want to cut energy costs and produce documentation clients can actually see, not a pledge, real numbers.

What we do:

We audit your office on-site or virtually, mapping where energy, materials, and space are being wasted. You get a hotspot map showing where the highest-impact changes are, a 90-day action plan with specific and measurable steps, and a follow-up session after 30 days to review progress and adjust.

 

Best for:

  • Office teams whose landlord wants BREEAM-aligned or environmental data 

  • SMEs that want to reduce energy bills and have documented results to show clients

  • Teams that want honest, visible workplace improvements, not vague commitments

Co-Working Pack: 7–10 working days

€5,950  fixed fee, excl. VAT

The situation:

Your landlord needs BREEAM-aligned data. Your tenants want proof you take sustainability seriously. You are being asked from both sides with no framework for either.

What we do:

We audit the shared space, identify the highest-impact areas for energy, waste, and materials, and build two things: a tenant communication toolkit your team uses day-to-day to answer member questions honestly, and a short impact summary your landlord can evaluate. No overpromising on either side.

 

Best for:

  • Co-working operators whose landlord requires BREEAM or environmental certification data

  • Flexible office managers whose enterprise tenants include ESG questionnaires in  supplier assessments
