Most ESG requests arrive with a short deadline and no clear starting point. These four steps show what we actually do, from the first call to a completed response. The same process applies whether you are answering a client questionnaire, preparing for a bank assessment, or building ongoing documentation for tenders and green financing.
From first call to completed response: Starter Pack engagements typically finish within five working days. Workplace and Co-Working packs take two to three weeks from the initial audit to the final action plan. Annual Pack onboarding, including your VSME disclosure setup, is completed in the first quarter, with ongoing support for the remaining nine months.
We find out exactly what you are being asked

We start with a 20-minute call to map what you are actually being asked, the specific form, the bank’s requirements, the tender criteria, or the landlord’s data request. We look at your deadline, who sent the request, and what they need from you.
We also look at what your business already does, not to audit you, but to understand what data you already hold that answers the request. Most SMEs have more useful information than they realise.

For Workplace and Co-Working packs, we also conduct an on-site or virtual audit of your space to map where energy and materials are used and where the highest-impact improvements are.

For Annual Pack clients, we set up your VSME disclosure at this stage, the EU’s voluntary sustainability standard for SMEs. This gives your data a recognised structure that banks, procurement teams, and corporate clients increasingly reference.
